As a resident of Livingston, Montana I am proud to offer my expertise to the communities of southwest Montana. With over 40 years of experience in the construction industry, I bring extensive knowledge and know-how to home inspections. I graduated from the University of Washington with a BS in Zoology and minor in civil engineering, after which I worked as an engineer for a truss design firm for several years before starting my own business.
For the past 29 years I have been the owner and operator of a construction company, serving as the general contractor, carpenter, and architect on custom homes, remodels, and small commercial spaces. In recent years I brought my expertise to bear for clients looking to sell their homes, specializing in pre-listing home inspection repairs. My extensive experience in all aspects of construction means that I understand all components of a home, and where to look for maintenance, repair, and safety issues. I have a unique perspective on the value of home inspections as tools for homeowners and buyers, and understand the importance of thorough, professional, and realistic inspections.
I am a certified Professional Inspector by InterNACHI and a certified Radon Inspector by InterNACHI and NRPP.
